How to get online clients?

Hi guys, I've just recently finished taking some course on Facebook Ads Campaign during the lockdown. I've since helped three online store owners to generate and increase sales over the last two weeks. I am hoping they will refer their professional network to me but I haven't received any referrals yet. What are other ways I can obtain new clients for this skill I've invested in? What other advice to you have about building my client base?

Go to fiverr.com, guru.com, upwork.com; these are freelancer websites for freelancers and people looking for a freelancer. Also, go to lurn.com and there are free classes that can help you be able to sell your services. Also, you can sell; courses on Facebook Ads Campaign.
