How can I grow my business online?
How will I get customers on my Facebook online boutique? I don't have investment budget to further invest on it. You can find my business here: www.facebook.com/fashzoneboutique
First of all you need a website. Then you will have to promote it on-line via social media. There are many technologies do it quickly. Then video would be very helpful. People watch it and share it widely.
I can help with it.
It could be a series of things. The first thing I see when looking at your Facebook page is 1) you are holding too many sales. In a sense you have trained your customer to "wait for the sale" to make their purchase. 2) I see that you only have product information. There is no other information listed on your Facebook other than that. People are getting bored with businesses only pushing their product information and not pushing anything else. 3) I agree with Adam and think you need a website. There are many affordable platforms that can make this easy for you and integrate with your Facebook page for in-app purchases.
Send me an email and I'd be happy to give you a quick break down on how to find out what your customers are into and how to push material to get them more involved into your Facebook page and ultimately how that can be converted into sales. But the thing with this stuff as with all marketing is that it does take some time for it work. It doesn't happen overnight. You'll see small changes in 30 days, and the more consistent you are at it, the more you will see results.
There are MANY ways to grow your business online. Facebook is a start, and with your budget, is probably a decent platform to dump your resources (time) into. I would also look into cataloguing your business into online directories such as your local chamber of commerce, and industry related sources.
I spend my days here at Boldwerks creating content for clients, as well as our own site and would say that there is a lot you can do by setting up a blog as well (which is easy, and free initially). The more insight you can give your target audience, the more they'll trust you as a loyal merchant and help spread your name through word of mouth in the flesh, as well as online.
Nada you have to spent some money to promote your website. Otherwise you can't grow your online business. First create website and mention on fb page. Then start Seo for your website and social media promotion. After 1 month you will se results.
Which marketing sites, should i be on. To promote my catering business
Its also all about good old fashioned networking, both online and off. Who is your primary target audience? Where do they hang out? You need to be active in those communities so that people can get to know you and want to do business with you.
I agree with Jessica, since you're on Facebook, you'll have to spend a lot of your time there making connections. But you can look elsewhere as well. Are there other sites you can showcase what you do and build an audience as well?
Your Facebook page is simply one marketing tool. Look for other tools that you can direct traffic from and build a solid fan base around.

Facebook is making it increasingly difficult for businesses to show up in members' news feeds without paying for advertising. But here are a few suggestions:
1. Be sure you are utilizing hashtags, as it will help users find your page with respect to the keywords (connoted by the hashtags) in the posts.
2. Build a rapport with your customers! The more you engage with them, the more they'll not only come back to visit your page, but also share your content and recommend their friends stop and visit your page, too.
3. Truly consider targeted advertising. You can advertise with as little as $1 per day. Of course, the more you can contribute towards advertising, the better your response, but I highly recommend you try with a small budget and careful promotion.
Best of luck, Nada!
