How can I best manage my high volume job board listing site?
I own a job listing service. I am the only employee for now.
I am looking for answers or ideas on how I can better manage my high volume of candidates that are looking for jobs that I try to match up with my clients which are employers and some recruiters.
It is a lot of work going through each resume and trying to see if they are a good fit for the job positions that my clients are looking to fill.
I have read a little bit about ATS and AI programs and software but when I spoke with an agent to try and get some info, they said it wasn't for me. Very confusing as a lot of the other job boards out there are using these programs and I have a lot of volume which makes it very hard to keep up.
Any suggestions or ideas on management or how I can get an ATS and AI software program would be helpful, thanks.
