How to receive registration fees for courses platform?

I am planning to build a website which offers discounted prices for courses presented by multiple institutions.

Is there a website builder or program that could be useful for a platform like this? When the user pays for their access to the courses, I would like for the payments to automatically be split between myself and the institution - is there a software that allows me to do this?
