Does having a widget on your website positively impact SEO?
Since it seems like SEO standards are changing day by day, there is no for sure rule on how to optimize your website. Do any of you know if website widgets help to create more links and increase domain authority?
It has nothing to do with SEO.
BUT, it might improve your bounce rate, whcih google likes, when people spend more time on your website.
Rank by focus
I have never seen such a type of button. If you are thinking to make such type of button. I would be interested to use it.
List Of Information
Having a button or widget that creates interaction is only valid if you have the audience to support it. A good trick to accomplish this if you don’t have a ton of traffic is to include the use of the buttons in your email campaigns.
We’ve done extensive testing on this subject. For local businesses, you need about 4 - 11 uses of that button each month to stay relevant. The larger the area, the more uses needed.
SEO is ultimately all about relevance, and being “the authority”. If people aren’t clicking then big search will see that as a sign that you have neither.

There are no studies to my knowledge that show a direct correlation between having a widget and SEO performance. One factor that does affect SEO and site ranking is site speed. My only advice in this regard would be to ensure that every widget that you use is essential to the user experience on your website it is not heavy bloatware that is slowing down the speed of your website.
