LLC registered on home address but that home address is rented to someone else?
LLC registered on home address in Florida but that home address is rented to someone else. So technically the LLC doesn't have any home address as of now. The owner of LLC moved to Tennessee state.
What options is with the owner of LLC?
1. Can the owner can take virtual address in Florida and operate the business from there? Is it legal? Because there is one employee on the company who is OPT student, will this virtual address going to affect him?
2. Will the owner do the foreign qualifications in TN State? But in that case does TN require the Florida business address even though it technically doesn't exist?
3. How to transfer the business from FL to TN without affecting the EIN number and affecting the OPT employee?
