Looking to start up a Contact Call Center based in S, America (Colombia) good idea?
Have a concept/idea here in Colombia to test run a Contact Center which will strictly be virtual and cloud based programs. All calls will be inbound, possibly outbound depending on the situation. As an American living in Colombia I can't help but notice a great opportunity here with operating costs so low, and with minimum monthly salaries of $ 300.00. Not looking for cold out bound sales, but more e commerce support for distributors, dropshipping small businesses, general customer support, virtual helpdesk. Finding virtual assistance for a call center is a breeze, the big problem is how to find campaign's to lure in potential clients without excessive marketing costs. I'm thinking to start with 2 or 3 agents on my team would be sufficient during a trial run. So, is this even possible with minimum costs?
