How can I find the best candidates for recruiting Internet Marketing Sales Consultants?
Can I find the right candidates to fill recruiting positions through job sites, social media, and LinkedIn? Please advice if this is the best strategy, any additional ideas would be helpful.
It's easy based on ONE factor: money!
If you are offering enough money, they will flock to you.
For example, I do affiliate marketing. One site pays 20%, another site pays 30%. Who will I work for?
Easy decision for me. It's all about the money.
Linkedin is a good option for reaching out to candidates. Apart from linkedin, I would suggest networking with marketing professional through various forums and connecting with them will be a better idea.
Sir if you have account in o desk place a project on it you get lot of application ,interview it find suitable candidate i feel it is is good way to find good person
I was not familiar with odesk, but just quickly checked them out. Great idea. Thanks, Hamza.
I try to find people who are already in that mindset. In your posts, be specific. Give them a set time that they need to call you or if you are setting up an interview. tell them when you are available. You want your recruits to be prompt. It shows that they are serious about the position. If they can't be on time for an interview, do you think they are going to take the rest of the job seriously? I would also try to offer some type of incentive like a bonus in their first sale or something along those lines. IE: Regular commission is 15%, they get 20% commission on their first sale.
Hey Bill, I also found this website yesterday. You may want to check it out. http://join.hired.com/x/CjuOaM
Thanks, Shyam. We use LinkedIn, not anything paid. Do you suggest doing paid?
