Should holiday gifts be determined by how much business your client brings you?
I have a variety of clients ranging for big clients that bring in a lot of business to medium and smaller clients.
I typically send them holiday gifts if they have placed orders that year, but what should I do if they haven't placed any orders?
Should holiday gifts be determined by the amount of business they bring me, or how often they order with me? What if they brought me business last year, but not this year - should I still gift them?
