What is your most memorable customer experience?
We all know that the customer is king and we need to learn how to please the king if we have to survive in this kingdom. Are there any such tips that will help us to leave a mark in your customer’s memories?
Personally, when I think of positive customer experience I think of any interaction I have had with Apple. Just recently, I purchased a new iPhone from one of their stores. Each of their employees was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and gave great suggestions and important input based on my particular situation. They always seem to understand that it's not true that "one size fits all" and they tailor each experience to the customer's individual needs. I think that their customer service model is a great and proven strategy to research.
