Read books. All failures and all successes have been described before.
Do not rush. Rush is a bad companion when it comes to business.
Surround yourself with the right people.
Get advice from a financial adviser. You may not take his advice, but you'll get another point of view from a person with good knowledge.
Follow competitors. Follow them on social media, sign up for the email list. Visit their stores, sites (whatever they are).
Read bad reviews of your competitors. This will help to avoid their mistakes.

I have founded several businesses from scratch. The best advice that I can give you is to run a lean business from the start. Pay attention to your numbers and don't abdicate that responsibility to anyone. Business finances swing really fast.

Well, the path you have chosen is not easy. Digital marketing is becoming a sector on the rise with more competition than ever. The most important advice that I can give you is to stay calm and keep yourself updated on the various updates in the digital marketing world. Read all the most followed blogs around the world - MOZ, Search Engine Land, etc. Be active on Twitter, follow influencers from your niche. Have a vision and progress steadily.

I'm in the same basket with you and I believe I have more experience in years from you.

What I've learned so far is that the most important in marketing is to be organized and to have a high level of discipline for work.
