What are some effective ways to find clients for our small Outsourcing Company/Call Center?
I've been browsing and looking for contacts over the internet that can help us find clients for our services. But it seems like I'm searching for a needle around the grasslands. The hardest part is that some of these ''Consultants'' tend to get cash from us even before starting the project. Can somebody direct me to the right path? I am looking for some other means of tactics to find clients.
I've done cold calling and internet searching but these have not been effective.
The easiest and most obvious way to find clients for a new business is to tell your friends, colleagues, friends, and relatives about it. You can mention the opening of a new case in a conversation, send a notification to everyone in the messenger, or just write a post on Facebook or another social network.
- Content marketing-publishing materials on your blog and on third-party sites. Content marketing is not a quick tool for finding first customers: it works for the long term.
- Targeting is also paid ads, but they are shown in social networks, not by direct user requests, but by a specific target audience.
- Marketplaces/own website. Do not forget about the possibilities of online advertising, SEO for your site. Also, some B2B marketplaces can help you find customers. Platforms such as https://engre.co/ can help you find various engineering projects, IT, manufacturing.
I think that if you create a company profile on some of these sites, you can get some feedback, orders
Use Facebook page or Facebook group to advertise /promote your products / services and copy each product link on Facebook to your website where people will buy your products online etc. Make sure you use keywords relating to the products to get search ranking at its best
I am unclear as to whether you are looking for prospective client contacts directly or for people who can provide you client contacts.
In either case, it requires a well-thought-out process, which MUST include highly effective marketing messages. The latter requires determining what you provide that is different than your competition, a specific definition of who you are targeting your marketing, and determining the 'hot buttons' of those target prospects.
I have several free videos I can provide you on these topics, but here is a recording of a recent online training event I did on how to put together an entire KILLER marketing campaign. I hope it helps with what you are asking. You can obtain the free recording by going here: http://bit.ly/2bEYErj
Thank you so much for those information! It's been a great help. I got 2 clients in a row!
Hi, Masayoshi,
Yes, cold calling and telemarketing are definitely not the way. It's all about content marketing in combination with social media marketing. You need to clearly define your target market(s) and create content -- blog posts, videos, ebooks, podcasts -- that will interest them.
People will search for what they want when they want or need it. It's up to you to be found.
Create good, quality content, share it on social media, search for and follow your target market on social media, get noticed. Use LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ primarily for a B2B business.
Have some sort of call-to-action on your site to collect email addresses. Offer a free ebook or white paper that's of interest to your target.
I have several resources on my website:
