What are some of the best IT outsourcing sales pitches you've heard or have sent to your own prospects that close more sales? Your sales pitches may be in the form of cold emailing/calling, direct sales, or in person pitches.
I think pitches are a bit old school. I believe you are far better engaging someone by asking them questions about what they do and how it works.
Once you have spent time listening to a prospective client you are far more likely to be asked for your opinion once they have finished.
This approach allows you to understand what the client needs and mirror their requirements in your response.
eg. its interesting you need to be able to call for help 24/7 and speak with an expert, we introduced this back in 1999 and have won a number of awards on this very subject. We even have a 3 rings and you are in policy and measure all our support teams by the length of time they take answering the phone.
Don't just promise something you can't deliver though just to win a quick piece of business. We have actually shaped our entire offering at UKFast where I work just from listening to what customers need. If one client wants something, there is a high probability, more will follow.
This is the beauty of sales and being connected with the customer. So, my advice, never pitch, list and learn and the develop in a collaborative way.

Not strictly IT, but my favourite for technical support services is my friend who has a knack for getting through to CEOs by telephoning cold. He says to them "I'm calling to tell you your peoples LinkedIn profiles are s**t". It tend to work!
We usually contact an interesting company by mail and telephone and give them a short introduction who we are and what we do. We then ask if they are interested to meet for a more thorough introduction. If they agree to meet I estimate we have a 30% chance to land a project. Could be a bit less but it works good enough to keep this strategy going.
None of them. Not just IYT, they all talk about themselves and how great they are. Doesn't work.

Your pitch doesn't close sales. It starts conversations.
The pitch that works best is one that talks about one of your client successes.
