i think that passion is the most driving energy that allow us to optimize our performance, in the case where a person is passionate about Marketing, creativity will be the first skills that enable us to stand out from the crowd, then comes our ability to listen and as indicated in by M. Dharmendra Choudhary in the first answer to understand the consumers needs. then comes the communication abilities "Between what I think, what I want to say, what I believe I say, what I say, what you want to hear, what you believe to hear, what you hear, what you want to understand, what you think you understand, what you understand...They are ten possibilities that we might have some problem communicating. There are so many skills, you have asked three, so according to me, it is the best.
1. An ability to understand buyer needs and the sales process.
2. Experience with contemporary digital tools, platforms, and channels.
3. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
