The biggest support that the employees can get from the employer is the opportunity to work from home. Also, the employer needs to understand that it is equally difficult for your employees to survive in this hard time of the pandemic. DO not deduct their salaries or use their leaves for their work from home.
In terms of helping them professionally, talk to them, understand if they have any issues working from home, for eg. internet not working, not able to focus due to other people being present at home, system error, sharing these problems and finding a solution together will make them feel connected to their workspace hence giving better results. All it needs is your attention to all you employees. You need to connect with your managers and team leads and train them on how to handle people working under the stress of corona virus and with the difficulties of working from home.
