I’m not comfortable with my employees working from home; what should I do?
As we all know, COVID has caused many companies to allow their employees to work from home or work remotely. Many of the projects that my employees handle require dealing with confidential information and I worry about security and keeping it protected while they are working remotely. What are some things I can do in this case? I want to provide my employees with flexibility but also ensure that company confidential information is being protected.
If your company using content management system then ask your IT guy to give only access which information you want then to see. there are employee monitoring software which record desktop/laptop screen complete work session, with it you increase productivity & track your team, every employee has their own requirement to complete the work, if you are not using content management system for your company you should
Evaluate them on zoom, but at first request from them 7 months report, after evaluation, send them confidential aggrement.
