Can you please tell me what are the main aspects that I should be focusing on to maintain the sales flow of the brand under my supervision?
Basically, I'm looking for what is most important when handling this position so I could succeed and grow in this field.

As a brand manager, you need to know about how to maintain your brand's reputation. A brand is an identity of a business. It plays major role in your business growth. A business always knows about his brand's reputation. If you have bad branding then you lose your sale, growth.
For good branding, you need to give best services to your customers & maintain a friendly behavior with him. Solve customer's query within the deadline and according to company policy.

As a Business or Product Brand Manager, you primary goal is to maintain/build or grow the brands reputation through product development, communications and engagements. You have to prioritise your work based on the brands current positioning and proposition strategy. You also need to (quickly) get a grip on how the brand's values are represented and perceived by it's users and finally, how the brand's marketing and sales strategy align with the company's own development and growth strategy, and not forgetting the culture of the business and how that affects the brand's values.
