I want to start a digital marketing agency but i am fresher in this and lack of knowledge about it. How i start this work? Is it good choice?

First of all, behind each idea, there should be a plan. Thus, start from the strategy that will help you to not get off the intended path.
Then, you need a team. Gather people who will support your ideas. Create a website, employ a copywriter to start a blog. Incorporate SEO to gain more traffic to the website. Without SEO customers will never know of your existence. Keep marketing yourself on social media, attract customers with appealing visuals, or case studies. Keep going!

In order to start digital marketing you need to learn how to advertise your products and services online. For that you should able make best use of social media platforms like facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.
Further, the main objective should be getting more traffic to the website where you list your products and services. you can get a small portion of traffic from social media. however, if you want to get more traffic i.e 85%, you need to optimize your website for google. Once you start ranking you get the traffic you want. So i would say you should learn SEO to be successful in digital marketing.
