What do you consider as some of the top concerns for an SEO or marketing agency in 2019?
As a representative of an SEO white label company that works with agencies daily, I would like to know your input. What are the top concerns that you have about your SEO or marketing agency at the moment? And what is preventing you from reaching higher success?
My top concerns are:
Lead generation
Leads converted into sales
Improving business brand visibility
Improving targeted keywords ranking in various search engines
In my experience, our teams always have a heated discussion trying to strike the right balance between SEO content and UI/UX.
From an SEO perspective, for instance, analytics reflect a preference for blog articles of 1,500-2,000 words. It becomes difficult to achieve the same aesthetic, minimalistic look and feel of a website, with so much content.
Great SEO or content marketing agencies would ideally not just focus on one of these aspects but would take a holistic approach and figure out how to meet SEO requirements in smart ways, without compromising on aesthetics and user journeys.
User experience remains a high priority so applicable content must meet user intent. URLs containing high content relevance usually rank in the top spots in a Google search. If content doesn’t meet user intent, it will not rank in those positions. Google evaluates content relevance in real-time.
The topmost concern for an SEO agency should be to deliver to the clients what is being committed at the time of taking them onboard. Specifically, SEO is a very dynamic field, Google keeps making the changes to their algorithm, hence it's important to do the right things in SEO in order to help your clients get the desired traffic, leads, and sales.
