What do you need to be a successful entrepreneur?
What resources, tools, training, or opportunities do you think you need or that you want to become a successful entrepreneur now or in years to come?
Is it money, interviewing 1 on 1 with successful entrepreneurs, getting hands on experience, simple videos or guides, opportunity to help a business, or something more unique?
The most important things are: perseverance, strong work ethic and a solid network. There are a lot of other things that are important, but these are the three that come to the top of my mind. Entrepreneurship is a challenging road and you need to be able to persevere through the tough times (and there are always tough times). You also need to be committed to working hard. As an entrepreneur, there's a lot to accomplish and limited resources. Last, having a network to turn to for advice, connections and mentorship is valuable as you tackle various business challenges, from introductions to investors/strategic partners to periodic feedback.

Countless articles have been written about how to become a successful entrepreneur. Some articles are like the blind leading the blind filled with buzz words and stories, some fictional and some real.
Debates and discussions have been waged on many fronts Online. Business plan vs business model. Traditional and alternative business financing options, angel investors, incubators, bootstrapping, and a lot more. Important business topics are always mentioned. Is an MBA necessary to be successful in business? How about the college dropouts who made it big in the industry like Bill Gates and Zuckerberg?
One thing is certain. There is no one-size-fits-all recipe on how to be or what you need to be, to become a successful entrepreneur. In fact the term "entrepreneur" is media hyped, making is sound like it is the best thing to be. Tantamount to saying if you gain the label entrepreneur then you are awesome! There seems to be a craze with almost everyone trying to redefine it into something. Blowing it out of proportions.
One of the funniest articles I have read online had the title: Everyone is an entrepreneur. It garnered a lot of angry responses. I thought it was funny.
To make a long story short. You may have all the tools, resources, mindset, confidence, business acumen, MBA degree, experience working for a company, and all the sparkly requirements to make it big in business BUT IF you did not start a business from nothing then you are not yet an entrepreneur.
Regardless of what happens after you start the business, in my opinion you are already an entrepreneur, you started something from nothing. The failures you incur along the way will propel you to become a successful entrepreneur.
It is all up to YOU. Your success is based on how you measure success by your own metrics not by what society dictates. If success means helping people out, generating jobs, inventing a new way of better living conditions for everyone, or touching lives, or increasing awareness, or inspiring people, then that is already success.
A good mentor / coach can be life changing. I would suggest you seek out a professional that you respect and truly practices what they teach.
All those requirements that you have mentioned in your question, will definitely help you in becoming a successful entrepreneur. Nevertheless, without some of the basic qualities, one may not be a successful entrepreneur. They include

A successful entrepreneur has a passionate long-term vision and a business plan built on the vision encompassing measurable objectives, innovative strategies and creative tactics.
I was asked this question once and I answered it like this, You need a poor sense of failure and passion for what you do. I could give you several politically correct answers, like " Research and planning" or "contacting your local SBA" and how to go about financing your business.Things like finding your market and understanding your competition are all things that you will need but if your not passionate about what you want to do then it won't matter about tools, or training or guides.
A poor sense of failure means you don't know how to lose or give up, because you will fail; it's what you do after you fail that will matter. Did you learn from your mistakes, what should you have done differently. What can I do to cut down on speculative risk this time or risk reduction at the very least.
You can go to Entrepreneur.com and get every tool you'll need to start-up and maintain your business, but it takes hard work (passion) to succeed.

All previous responses can be agreed on, but number one thing you need is money… without it how can you start the business you want and bring all of the resources and personality traits it would take to start up your business and be successful.. Money beyond anything makes all easier—Takes money to make money..
I feel that it is all of these. One skill that stands out is communication. Knowledge is certainly essential. Communication can make all of the difference in creating success.
Active listening is a wonderful way of receiving the ideas of others, understanding them more deeply, changing your products and services according to what is essential to others, and being open to change.
You can use active listening to develop positive relationships and you can also use it in all of your marketing.
