Our main business is plant extract raw materials, OEM processing (we have our own factory), various plant protein powders and so on.
In our first plan, we optimized the product. We will promote a large number of products with good prices, while other products with no price advantage will not even go online. We thought that this would make the transaction easier, but the result was not ideal. .
The second solution is to solve the transportation cost. We searched for 150 transportation channels, including DHL, FedEx, and freight forwarders. But judging from the results, many customers just came to get a quote.
Of course we have many repurchase customers, but their number is usually very small. This is the answer I want to get, why we can’t get a large number of orders
