What is a good webinar platform?
We are working on a training section for mosaicHUB, which will include webinars. I'd appreciate recommendations for good webinar platforms. Thanks in advance.
GlobalMeet is an excellent web conferencing platform. Although this is an old post, figured I should add it to the conversation for anyone else looking for help in this area in the future.
I have been looking into FuzeBox. They have a pretty impressive suite of tools that uses both desktop, tablet, and phones for video conferencing and webinars. They run about $70/month or so.
I tried Google Hangout and was surprised by the quality.
PS I'm not associated with Google. Just a long term user of gmail.
I did a comparison of free/low cost training tools. You can find it here. http://www.bizwritenow.com/blog/2012/3/30/online-training-tools-comparison.html
I don't see Banckle yet so you might want to check it out.
Hi Mary-Alice,
Check out the following, I have listed in order of preference
1.Go to Meeting
2.Go toWebinar
3. Webex
Best,
Eunice
The best ones are not free. Instant Teleseminar is very popular, and of course, there's WebEx and Go To Meeting. You should always do a dry run of any teleseminar or webinar at least the day before the event to make sure you understand the platform you're using and that you don't have any difficulty using it.

Thanks for all of the great recommendations. Really appreciate everyone's time.
Hi Mary-Alice, good question! We are using Talk Fusion. It's a great set of online video tools, (video, opt-in forms, live and recorded broadcasting, live online video-conferencing. Have a look at www.talkfusion.com/1158323. Any questions please let me know (info@talk-fusion.bpopg.com).
I use Instant Teleseminar. It doesn't have any analytics but other than that I like it
The only platform I've used is GoToMeeting and it's been great: http://www.gotomeeting.com/
Anymeeting is definitely the way to go. http://www.startupaddict.com/marketing/free-webinar-service/3436
I've had a lot of success with AnyMeeting. It's free for meetings of 200 or fewer. http://anymeeting.com/
We use BrightTALK: http://www.brighttalk.com. They allow storage of webcasts in addition to broadcasting...
I used to use GoToWebinar. Now I use Copper Services. If you want to just host webinars than GoToWebinar is fine. If you want to promote webinars and make them available as downloadable recordings afterwards then Copper Services has an outstanding integrated solution. You can see my provider page at http://improvandy.conveycontent.com.
Citrix GoToWebinar is a great platform, and the one I have used most frequently.
I would always recommend standard platforms like Webex or Go To Meeting...very reliable.
Here's a guide that may help:
