In my opinion WordPress can work great for any type of business. To craft a real estate website for my client, I used one of these realtor wordpress templates https://www.templatemonster.com/category/real-estate-agency-wordpress-themes/ . Be sure to check this resource out to find an appropriate template for your website. Good luck!
Most of the business people prefer magento, It's a suitable one for b2b like ecommerce portals. I suggest you to go with apphitect marketplace script http://www.apphitect.ae/magento-2-marketplace.php which will be the suitable one for your requirement.

To create a B2B portal I recommend that you use WordPress CMS with special Themes/Apps from Sitemile: www.sitemile.com. They offer more than the traditional
premium theme. Their themes help ambitious entrepreneurs to earn money online. Several of their apps and scripts are quite powerful. My favorite is WordPress Pricerr Theme. But check out all their products at http://sitemile.com/products/. Several probably meet your minimum requirements. - The Pragmatic Web Designer
Wordpress does the good job. It has good plugins and extensible as per our customization. I see sites developed using Wordpress for this kind of B2B sites.
Wordpress is great but we have found Squarespace to be awesome with the look of the CMS's and the functionality.
Very big commitment and a lot of work
I don't think any CMS comes out of the box set up like you ask. But you will be able to integrate them.
I can't see wordpress fiting up to this it was after all a blog in a box.
Joormla is probably starting point if you not use to Drupal its a little easier to handle.
You can do all this with Joomla. Based on this short list of requirements, I'd recommend exploring HikaMarket, which is a great multi-vendor solution for B2B.
For signup via social network, there are several Joomla extensions that provide that capability. There are also several good membership components.
Note that while Joomla is open source and free, quality extensions to do what you need are likely to be commercial. Even if you do all the web design & development work on your own, you will need to budget a few hundred dollars a year on software to keep current with upgrades and releases.
If CMS is the primary requirement I would look at WordPress because of the ease of editing. The list of requirements suggestion recommended by Jeff is a great place to start. Then see if the wordpress plug-ins that are available and vetted by the community will serve all of the requirements. Be careful of conflicts in the script, and go for it.
Hi Rakesh
If you're looking at a custom dev, you could try SE. It can be modified to suit your requirements. As you're a developer yourself, there are several open source modules that can be adapted and integrated into that platform.
However, if you're looking for a barebones framework, Makoala is also a good one to work with. I believe it's open source as well.
Hope this helps, and feel free to connect if I can of further help.
Good luck
You could also try one of the cheap clones of sites like alibaba (or other of your favorite b2b portal). the clones don't use the best security, and they aren't the prettiest in the world, but for just starting out at low cost this might work for you. just google "alibaba clone", etc.
Sure, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc. are all candidates. It comes down to which platform will suit your requirements the best. For a B2B portal, a CMS like Joomla or Drupal is probably going to be a better fit than WordPress. But as I said, there is no generic answer. You must lay out your requirements and then map these requirements against the strengths and weaknesses of each CMS.
Thanks Jeff Zweing.... The link which you have provided is for ready-made website. Myself CMS developer, I need free CMS, so that I can develop website based on my requirement. Do you know any opensource like WordPress and Joomla?
