For performing arts, online training might not be the ideal training modality. Seek out classes at local brick-and-mortar colleges and theaters for training opportunities; if you live in the middle of nowhere, your choices might be limited here.
I'm a big fan of everyone developing their business acumen which can be done in a variety of ways, on and off line. Community colleges to 4 year Universities are offering certificates in various aspects of business, from mini degrees that resemble minors, languages to web developing. I also second what Pam said about personality testing. Try DiSC. It's a great way to get some insight into how you and your colleagues tick. Should you find a particular area that you want to work on (ex: patience or initiative), you could build your own curricula with available resources using a quick Google search. Try Tony Robbins' free DiSC version on his website: http://www.tonyrobbins.com/disc-profile/ to start. Totally worth it. Hope this helps!
I think training in personality type is one of the more powerful skills all of us can benefit from.
