What is the best software for creating profiles for multiple businesses and attaching the accounts. Especially Facebook, Twitter. Pintrest?
I manage several social media accounts for different businesses or community and nonprofit. I need to know if Hootesuit or hubspot does this and which one is better. I did a trial with Hootesuit and it errors and won't allow me to create the profiles.
Are you asking about managing profiles or about creating profiles? As far as I know, there is no way to create profiles for many different social sites all at once, although that would be an amazing idea for an entrepreneur! For management, I've used Hootsuite quite a bit & like it & also Tweetdeck for twitter accounts. I have heard good things about SocialOomph, but since it doesn't offer anything that Hootsuite doesn't I've stayed put for now.

Hi Teri,
Both platform are really good . if you want to manage all social a/c through one platform then you must choose the Hootesuit and if you want to increase new and genuine social network through content sharing then you can go with Hubspot.
Hi Teri,
I am using Hootsuite pro version for maintaining my social media accounts and it really works good for me. And more over what ever the software you use you can't get the full access to do that like hiding, chatting and editing your profile.
You could look into MarketMeSuite. Don't know if it manages Pinterest, but it does manage Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. SproutSocial is another option. I've not had any problems with HootSuite.
With respect to marketing automation platforms. They will allow you to post to Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter, but they don't have any analytics like the aforementioned. The way you can do analytics using MA is to utilize URL shortners, but that will only tell you how many people are clicking on your hyperlinks.
MA platforms can't give you the analytics, like reach, sentiment, engagement, fan/follower growth, among others, that social media specific tools will.
Maybe look into a CRM, we use Zoho and LOVE it especially for Social Media Integrations, & other Marketing initiatives. They offer free plans but I do not think they come with all the features that we get with the highest plan. Its worth a look though, you can post to multiple platforms @ once and even manage Google Ad Word Campaigns and Integrate their Projects Software. Check em out :)
Hootsuite and others like it are great for your inbound efforts. We have just officially launched Pixxfly which is automated outbound content management to all the social sites, etc.. It helps save time without having to post to all the social sites especially if you have several clients you are trying to manage. Contact me if you want to discuss.further. You can get details on our new website at www.pixxfly.com
I am overwhelmed by the support! I had a lengthy conversation with someone this morning. She is at the top of her field and said I need something more Robust than Hootesuit. Has anyone heard of Sendable?
His company is not easy to categorize. He is more of an artist than anything. Too hard to explain in 1,000 characters.. I even have to create our own content. He builds future antiques but has a shop with the ability to full blown manufacturing. A place he won't go except 1 as a favor for a start up here in the USA. They have 100's of employees and are friends.
Once again I am overwhelmed with the response. I have a feeling you all are an amazing group of people.

I am grateful for you all taking the time to answer my question. I will look at every thing recommended.
I have an innate understanding of what is needed. I just need the vehicle to continue helping others and myself.
myPresences (mypresences.com) is designed specifically for creating and managing profiles across social media and many other services and apps and discovering the best places to promote your business online. You can see the services we support at https://www.mypresences.com/services/.
It does not support posting to these networks yet though (can use hootsuite or buffer for this) but it gives you a very broad ability to manage your business online and keep on top of what is happening across all of your profiles and compare yourself to your competitors.
disclaimer: I am the founder.
Teri,
There isn't one for "creating profiles" as each of the networks are separate entities and require an individual's email address for each account. With Facebook, you can set up a business page without having a personal account, but if you have multiple locations, you need to do one for each location otherwise it's just the corporate brand. A personal account can have multiple business pages.
On both Twitter and Pinterest you need an email address for each account.
What I've done with clients with multiple locations is to train someone at each location to set up and manage their own pages. It's important that in a "social world" that all employees that deal with customers be on social media - it's employee advocacy.
Now, once the profiles are set up, then you can use HootSuite to manage them.

Thank you! I do need multiple accounts with separate e-mails. I had an immersion course. I did something for a wounded warrior that went viral. They are all our accounts.
I wish all businesses were as ethical as you are. I've done nothing but sweep up messes, Companies using deceptive marketing.
My BF spent $21,000 last year. 3 of the companies he hired, one very expensive, would not give us the list of off page SEOs. It took me 3 months t reclaim his Google+ page, not mobile optimized, actually not optimized at all! Listed in wrong part of state, AE's dropping the ball on print ads..etc..
After doing KPI on all of them. Not 1 job was generated. He is too customized and diverse for the masses. Hard to categorize. I've parred it down to 3 companies.
I have my own business to focus on and haven't been able to (except take good care of existing team) I need to do both and the nonprofit. Except my business, it is all unpaid. I need to learn to say no. TY all for the help!
We're big fans (and ambassadors) of Hootsuite for our social scheduling. We have found their customer service to be helpful as well if you are having error issues in creating profiles. Good luck!
The #1 tool for managing your social media accounts as mentioned in the link from Sumit is Hootsuite. You will proabably need the Pro version. It should not error out if set up correctly. Good luck. Elaine

Thank you for the link!! It is 3AM my time. I need to get some sleep. Thank you so much for the link!! I will read it tomorrow.. Do you have experience with either of these??
Thank you Shanna! I almost set up hootesuit today but I will look into it... Maybe it is a good thing I didn't. I have a lot on my plate.. I have had some great success organically.. I'm curious to see what I can do with the right tools! Excited!!
