What kind of business should I focus on first?
I plan to create a variety of companies from Construction contracting, service, and manufacturing as well. I'm just not sure which to do first or how to.
Any advice and feedback are more than helpful.
You should have a keen interest in your line of work otherwise it will all become work and no play!
And work on your market research, the more time you spend in understanding your target market and your potential customers the better your products will be because you’ll be able to understand how to solve your user's problems through your products.

Focus on what you can start making money with first. I've helped launch our client's businesses without them having a product or service developed.
You can launch a business and generate sales without having a product or service developed. Sometimes we'll do this to test the market. The last thing you want to do is pay a lot of money on incorporating, building a website, developing content, adding SEO, building social media profiles, and doing all that work only to find you can't get any clients, or the market is too saturated/ hard to breakthrough.
Once you've developed your first business and have money generated, look at how the next one can tie into what you're currently doing and how quickly that can start generating revenues.
