What is the best strategy for managing development partners?
I run a small software development company which works on outsourced projects. To maintain the quality of work, I normally subcontract projects to my development partner companies which are big firms and maintain highly skilled developers.
I have the following queries:
1. Is it advisable to directly connect my clients with development partners for smoothly running projects?
2. Should I mention my development partner name in the service level agreement with the client?
