What tools are you using to work remotely and manage your team?
I want to be able to work remotely and manage my team from any location; while still keeping up to date with the office tasks. A cloud platform seems like the best way to do this. Does anyone know of a program that will allow teams to comment and amend documents while tracking key performance indicators?
Check zoho.com (as I remember correctly it is FoC up to 5 people.
Additionally, I use Trello.com for KANBAN
For conference definitely Google Hangouts
Assana is quite good too.
But the main question is how much many you can spend on such service.
We use proofhub for managing our remote teams, works best for us
Office 365!!. You have email, Sharepoint for project management and colaboration, Lync for conference, just for 6 bucks
Hi Chris, I use and would recommend SharePoint for document and task management, Skype or Zoom for online meeting and TeamViewer for viewing or controlling a pc remotely.
The top five choices are as follows: 1) asana; 2) orchestra; 3) Flow; 4) Googe Docs and 5) Basecamp. My choice is Basecamp.
I have been using N-Abe for the past one year and so far I have been happy with it.
I think teamviewer is best software for remotely access.
Basecamp/Jira for project management & development. Capsule CRM, Google Drive/Hangouts, Slack for team chat, FreeAgent for Timetracking/Billing. Integration of the pieces was important is selecting the tool set.
Asana 70% and Realtimeboard 20% (for collaboration and brainstorming), Google formats 10% for outcomes. This combination could be adjusted by contexts and emergences in daily based operation.
For project we use Basecamp.com or Teamwork.com, for meetings Skype or Join.me and for development projects Jira. Document sharing Dropbox and Google Docs.
