What type of training programs should I introduce in my firm to contribute to employee engagement, nurturing and career growth?
I own a digital solutions company and although we provide a variety of services, app development seems to be our niche.
Our office typically consists of coders and programmers whose jobs involve a lot of screen time exposure, and activities that can be frustrating, redundant and dry, at times.
Continuous learning is one of our core values in the company, and to ensure its implementation, I wanted to introduce regular training sessions. By doing so, I'm hoping to facilitate employee engagement and well being, as well as foster career growth.
I wanted to know what type of courses would you recommend to meet these needs.
Going a little offtrack, top engage and motivate the coders and content creators in your organization, you can indulge in ISO Certification training in Knowledge Management. It is a relatively new program that would require your employee contribution greatly.
The crux of knowledge management is to create an environment of knowledge sharing and creating a central database that will have all relevant information for the employees to avoid duplication of work and enhance their productivity.

If your employees generally have a lot of screen time consider implementing some of your training as a podcast. It will be a great way for them to consume the content during their commute or while working out.
