We recommend QuickBooks to our clients. It is dependent on the type of business you have whether the online version will work for you. If you have a manufacturing business with a lot of inventory, the online version is not robust enough currently but their desktop version is great and can be used with Citrix if you need a bookkeeper to access it remotely. It is a far superior product and easier to use than Sage products.
Depends on a few things. Quickbooks has a new product that is in the cloud and works for many companies. I would suggest you talk with your CPA or tax preparer and let them (a) guide you (b) set up your chart of accounts.

Accounterlive is more likely as Quick book and free of cost.
It seems that nobody asked the two most important questions. 1) Do you intend to carry inventory and/or use an inventory function and 2) Do you intend to run your own payroll? I would recommend (in order of complexity/power) and cost 1) QuickBooks Premier, 2) QuickBooks Online 3) Wave Accounting. If you intend to use inventory, and/or do payroll, I would suggest QuickBooks.
