Well, when it comes on CRM I totally recommend Comidor. It's easy to use and learn and gives you the opportunity to create your own email campaigns, manage your potential customers in order to make them real customers. Also there is a Products Catalog unit where you can add your own products and the competitive ones in order to create diagrams which really help you!

Salesforce.com - I have ended up using this at every company that I have made this decision for. You get the full meal deal day one, its easily modifiable, and you can grow it to any size with a pay as you go pricing, there is NO huge upfront cost. It is a more large scale implementation, so you may want to look at how many employees you think you will be at in ten years.
I strongly recommend using http://www.snapforce.com
I'm a huge fan, they have improved my business by leading me every step of the way.
For example they offer a FREE trial corresponding to your size of business, live demonstration with their top technician, they are professionally consistent w/ feedback, but for more info visit their link above.
As you are start up, I would recommend you to use SugarCRM www.sugarcrm.com. Free version also available to use, which has all the main feature you require in a CRM. I have used it in the past and also using in presently very user friendly and its also allows you to customize it according to your need.
There's no one single answer "what's the best CRM" ... it's mostly about what works for you, for your own business processes & workflows. Give a few CRMs a try to see what's on the market. Start with the ones suggested in this thread. It's a buyer's market.
At Clevertim CRM, we've optimized mostly for small and micro businesses that want ease of use, making it intuitive to learn & adopt. If you have a look around, have a look at ours too, it might be what you're after.
I'm biased of course, but this is hardly a hard sell.
Hannen there are a couple of free CRM tools you can use for a small entity such as yours, Sugar and ZOHO.
I recommend Flightdeck by Software Sculptors. I've used it for about 10 years. It's very configurable but affordable and allows for growth. It runs our business now - couldn't manage without it.
I like www.Replicon.com in overall management of my business as it comes with different modules for time tracking, task management, expense management, project management and more over there is an open API that helps integrate all other tools as well that are inline with the modules to work systematically.
