Where can I find a good virtual assistant?

Hi everyone! I've been doing a lot of research on virtual assistance and I find that it may come in handy for me and my business.

Has anyone ever used this type of service? If so, is there a company or person that you could recommend?

Thank you all so much!

Perhaps worth trying Worldwide101 - based in the US and the UK - the team are premium professionals with at least 7 years of experience in their field of specialty. If you are looking for someone versatile and with extensive experience to help grow your business, then it's a great option!

There are plenty of way to get and hire VA for your daily or official task, you can try different online marketplaces like Fiverr, UpWork.com or PeoplePerHour.com

Yes, fiverr is a good one.

Hi Maxine,

I've heard good things about Zirtual (https://www.zirtual.com/) for hiring virtual assistants. What I like about Zirtual is that you don't have to hire a full time virtual assistance, you could hire a VA for as little as 3 hours a week and then adjust your plan if more hours are needed. This could be a plus for your business if this is your first time hiring a VA, and you are unsure of the amount of work you will require from them.

Zirtual also guarantees a match with a US-based, college educated VA that fits with your business needs, so you can be confident you are hiring quality talent. The VA's with Zirtual seem to have a broad range of capabilities from receptionists, to customer support, to writing, to accounting, etc.

Before you take a consultation, I would make a list of all the tasks / responsibilities that you would delegate to a virtual assistance if you had one.

Depending on your budget and the competency of the work you need done, you may also want to think about filling the role as an internship. The difference is internships are more likely to be in-person positions and might need more oversight, but you may find after going through the tasks that you would delegate to a VA, an intern could also fit the position and save you money.

Hope this helps, good luck with your search!
