Where can I go to outsource my sales?
I am looking for someone to create and manage a sales team for me to sell my products. In other words, This is an Internet Marketing/ Home business company and I have the Resell rights to the products and am willing to work on commission basis.
The product ranges are $25 (Recurring), $100 (Recurring), $500 (One time), $1000 (One time).
So, each sale is worth $1625 and I am willing to work on 20% commission basis. So, the potential commission per sale is $325!
May sell how many ever products.
I will provide qualified leads (With business ph numbers and many of my leads already earn upwards of 100K)
So, the quality of my leads can be rest assured

I recruit sales people in the following space: advertising, energy, software, telecom, and some cloud services. Have been doing so for the past 16 years.
IMO there is an opportunity to hire the talent, but as many have already shared, the quality of such, completely outsourced, by one who has "resell" rights is a tall order.
For starters, the commission will have to be higher - minimum of 30%. The product, reputation of the host company, client represented, potential market, servicing, and a few other factors will be considerations.
There are several groups on Linked In that cater to sales talent to include outsourced sales professionals. A quick search will yield you a few worth peering into and possibly joining.

If you are looking for a small sales force, one that would appreciate the additional income, you can sometimes go to local colleges and check in their sales training departments to find college students. Often they have a list of students who would like to intern for you and would accept the amount of money you are looking to pay.
as already mentioned it is important to know your products! However, my first reaction is (based on my own entrepreneurial experience) - NEVER ever outsource sales. Even if you have sales reps or distributors you need to "kick the ball".
In sales the share of mind of your sales partners is critical.

The problem is you're herding cats. If you want someone to take your business as seriously as you do, you need to pay them. Everyone offers a "commission" for products sold, but it's not good enough. They're not going to take it seriously unless they get that first sale and realize you're paying them very handsomly.
Here's where I would go.. Contact Bloggers and create an affiliate program. If you need help with this, I can definitely help you put together a structured marketing strategy (and I have the experience with this type of thing).
I'm finding that most salespeople today will not work on 100% commission. And those that do (very few) will want considerably larger commissions. The minimum I've found is a 50/50 split between sales/marketing and product/operations. This said, I also think it makes a difference what the product is. Someone who believes in a product is likely to consider the monetary part less. And ultimately, I think you would have more success looking for a business partner with sales and marketing credentials. Where to go to find that unique individual depends largely on the type of product(s).
