Which email software would you suggest that a small business with about 5000 to 10000 contacts use?
Looking for a decent email software to send about 10 mails to 5000 to 10000 contacts per month. By decent, I mean a budget of around $50 per month and simple to use.
Only MailChimp. They are simply the EASIEST most Social Media savvy and support the most 3rd party integrations that any other service we know.
You can try Comidor. You can connect up to 3 emails in one web client and organise your contacts in dynamic groups. You can organise campaigns and send mass emails to your contacts. Document uploading is also available. The free version gives you up to 500MB of storage.
It might be worth thinking about a CRM which has email marketing incorporated within it so that you have the benefit of a CRM (recording contact and customer interactions, building a pipeline, managing opportunities, etc) but at the same time being able to use the email marketing process to stay in touch with your contacts to remind them of your services so they will know who to contact...)
Depends on the frequency (looks like 50k-100k individual emails/month) and how integrated in needs to be with other software.
Try MailChimp, ConstantContact, or InfusionSoft.
Try this, using it and works well http://www.interspire.com/695.html
INFUSIONSOFT! Let me start by saying its gonna cost you more but if you want to go beyond just blasting emails and have an integrated CRM allowing for multiple campaigns that 'interact' with the user then look into Infusionsoft. If you just need to send out a weekly newsletter then go with the below. If you want something that wins new business due to its extensive follow up capabilities then it might work for you. Its not built for new business but if you have that many contacts you could be a great fit. Yep I am biased.... I work there.
For a small list anything (under 50K) I recommend MailChimp- having used ContantContact and a few others. Excellent deliverability and easy and fun to use. Once you go over 100K it really starts to lose it's appeal because it's missing many of the "enterprise" level features of SilverPop or Bronto.
I use Mailchimp for approximately the same number of contacts, at $30 per month. Have been very happy with it.
I love the design of handdy.com.
Can you recommend the webdesigner who did it?
