Which is the best technology for mobile app development nowadays?

I can see that there are a lot of technology options to build a mobile application. Can someone suggest me which is the best technology to develop a complex mobile app that would stand still for the next 3-4 years at least?

Hybrid and Native apps are both hot trend nowadays. There are pros and cons to both.

Native Apps: They provide the best user experience as they are specifically designed for a single app store with which one can get the best compatible apps. Because of their nature, you could actually charge customers for downloading your native app.

Hybrid Apps: They are fairly cheaper compared to Native apps. They take less amount of money to develop. Though the user experience and longevity is an issue in hybrid apps.

Look at it this way. Would you rather have a great app that is functional for 4-5 years? Or if you do not wish to invest more in the earlier stage, before you invest in a Native app than go for a Hybrid app.

The main differences in the approaches of creating the mobile app are implementation speed, cost and final product quality; and the technology options of mobile app development, available to entrepreneurs today are numerous. - Higher costs compared to hybrid app development.
- Different technology stacks for different platforms - usually you’ll need separate developer to build and maintain iOS and Android app. Any feature needs to be added separately to each platform.
- Building a native app is a perfect choice if you have enough resources.Technologies for building such apps exist for a long time already and many complicated tasks were accomplished. You’re unlikely to get stuck solving the technical or performance problem that was never solved before by someone and there’s a huge community of developers to learn from.
