I need answers to this also. I often just post articles of interest or comment about the article and share a link to the original. I also try to post a poster or something for holidays.
Having recently jumped into our design and branding business full time, I find that I am very focused on improving our website and using social media to connect with potential clients. We're actually working with a very talented writer to revamp our website, as people were finding it difficult to connect. Seemed obvious to me but there are always ways to streamline the process.

Serving communities as a writer and marketing agency boss naturally creates a need to focus on all of these, but especially creating viral content. While I am cross-channel focused, content that is engaging, interesting and poignant enough to go viral is every writer's aspiration.
