I need answers to this also. I often just post articles of interest or comment about the article and share a link to the original. I also try to post a poster or something for holidays.
Having recently jumped into our design and branding business full time, I find that I am very focused on improving our website and using social media to connect with potential clients. We're actually working with a very talented writer to revamp our website, as people were finding it difficult to connect. Seemed obvious to me but there are always ways to streamline the process.

For ensuring our marketing and web content and outward company message we often at least annually review #4 with an expert. A high priority for us and of great importance is #5 as it is foundational for any business.
