Hello Mia, wow great question I use clickdesk; myself. just about every software feature you might need, and you can implement it into your Google Apps account. some of the best times in these contacts are because you have a software program that makes it easy to use. I like the social toolbar feature too. It i9s much the same as both twitter and facebook in some respects. I am sure the also have a trial package to let you see if it is a fit with your business.
Hi Mia --
Have you looked at Zendesk? All of my clients love this program.
Very best regards,
I would have to agree with most of the comments that said LiveChat. However, if all you need is a simple way to respond to your visitors in real time and you will be handling the chats, you can use ClickDesk (https://www.clickdesk.com/). Their free trial does not expire while LiveChat's free trial is only for 30 days. Click Desk has support ticket options, live chat, and can be easily integrated. The chat box itself has great customization options for being free! You of course have more control of of the design etc. when you upgrade, but If you only have one agent it's perfect. If you have more than one agent, I think LiveChat is the way to go. Hope this helped!
Zopim is widely used, and we use it as well. Its free and you can try out initially before going for a paid version.
http://www.olark.com is what I suggest. hope this was helpful.
We use LiveChat. I found it to be easy to setup and easy to use. I think it's a great product.
We currently use LivePerson. http://www.liveperson.com/ as a mid-market companies and I can honestly say I haven't had a single problem with it since day 1.
I've been happy with Zopim's product. I like that it will let customers leave me an email message if I'm not online at that moment.
Hi, Is your site using Wordpress, or something else? There are a few options. One great one is http://www.livechatinc.com/. This is not a free one though. Another one would be www.cometchat.com/wordpress-chat/
I would back the two answers above mentioning LiveChat. We used them starting back in 2010 for a couple of years until we started hiring in-house staff. We've also used them a few times to cover relocations on different projects. I can't talk highly enough of them.
Needless to say, they're not going to be the expert in your field that you are, but they have mostly resolved the language issues they experienced early-days and the skillsets are certainly increasing.
I wouldn't recommend anyone above them and I did a lot of research.
http://www.livechatinc.com/ They offer a free trial. We use it on 50 of our websites.
