What questions do clients most commonly ask you? How do you respond?

The most common question is whether you need a different Elevator Pitch for different audiences. You don't. The reason people keep using a different Elevator Pitch is that they aren't happy with the results. Once you develop an Elevator Pitch that brings you 3-5 leads every time you use it, you'll want to use it all the time and everywhere.

I ran my flagship 5-week Becoming a Trusted Advisor webinar series. We went step by step through the five skills of the trusted advisor, and shared practical tips and techniques for developing a strong referral network.

Almost everyone who does marketing is willing to help with an Elevator Pitch. I'm the only one I know who focuses exclusively on helping people improve their Elevator Pitch.

I offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Your Elevator Pitch has to be authentically you, and you have to love it if you're going to use it. I ask my clients to be honest with me. Because there are infinite ways to describe their work, so if they don't like the direction we're heading, just tell me and we'll find an approach that feels more like you.

• Scheduled and coordinated the design, implementation, and integration efforts between the on-site (Lexington) and off-site (Ottawa) development teams.
• Hit aggressive milestones by using same design for both Notes and Exchange.
• Negotiated schedules and features with Project Management.
• Cut development integration time in half by creating automated unit test suites.
• Hired and supervised a technical writer to create the Administrator's Guide.
