I have been diversified in leadership for over 10 years and have gained experience in nonprofit management, business development, construction management, architectural & civil engineering drafting designs, and website development consulting. My experience in these areas have provided me with the tools to effectively deliver organizational and strategic planning solutions for various business models.

My philanthropic activities include mentoring young people, in addition to, researching youth behavior and strategies to improve the effectiveness of youth development programs and urban education.

Overall, my mission is to become a leader of change and innovation in urban communities by inspiring youth and encouraging community and economic development .

What do you like most about your profession?

I enjoy being able to engage with clients on their projects; helping them take ideas and converting them into a visual presentation; capturing natural moments; and achieving satisfaction with clients.

Describe a recent client engagement or project.

Recently, we went out to the home of one of our newest clients to capture beautiful pictures of their new born baby girl. The experience was memorable for them and we are excited to present the pictures we captured. (www.simcha-media.com)

We manage disagreements by bringing the focus to our clients satisfaction and assuring that there is a complete understanding regarding the subject matter.

Work/Experience

Youth Services Coordinator at Cleveland Catholic Charities/St. Martin de Porres Family Center

June 2014 - Present
I work with the Cuyahoga Tapestry System of Care program as a youth advocate for the Northeast Cluster assisting families, primarily the youth, with finding programs in their community that will serve as an alternative to keep young people actively preparing themselves for the future and to keep them engaged in the community.

Most of the youth that I work with are involved with the juvenile court system and the Department of Children and Family Services.

Every third Monday and Wednesday of each month I facilitate a group session that focuses on teaching youth in our program about building connections, developing morals and ethics, and evaluating oneself.
