Introduction

About Me

After working in the Organizing field (helping clients deal with their clutter both physically & mentally), I re-tooled my skills and set my sights on the uncharted territory of social media.

I now spend my days advising best practices, helping brands understand how or why their customers make the decisions they do and interpreting the data collected from campaigns.

I love managing onsite blogger campaigns, helping brands see something new through their social media channels and diving into brainstorming sessions that result in innovative ways to connect.

Profile Questions

What questions do clients most commonly ask you? How do you respond?

Which social media platform is the ONE to be on? My response is "what do you want to accomplish?" There is no such thing as a one size fits all in social media. One client may do really well on Pinterest while another explodes on YouTube. It's truly all about where their community is and the intention they bring to their efforts.

What are 3 attributes you need to be successful in your industry?

Excellent listening skills, stellar communication skills and a great sense of humor.

What are the most important things to consider when hiring a service provider in your field?

Are you truly ready for change? Only hire a trainer if you're prepared to take their advice and put the time into learning.

How are you different than others in your profession?

As a retired organizing expert I often help my clients beyond just their social media needs. We take a look at the entire business model to assess where the social media tasks can fit in. Many clients also rely on my knowledge regarding shopping habits and how to build a loyal brand following.

Describe your proudest professional accomplishment.

A client that began working with me to improve their Facebook page who now has a beautiful Pinterest presence and well thought out Instagram strategy.
