How are you different than others in your profession?

I have a very small organization and my services start and end with me. My features, career history and what I can do is fused together along with me. I don't do advertising.I started working with people I know and have goodwill with. After them, people come through the existing customer. This way will work if you have a small organization only. It doesn't work with large consultancy firms.

I am basically a consultant of this organization,fulfilling what they lack with my value addition. It's a revenue sharing based job. I freelance with other companies as well. This is what I wanted to do 3 years back. However, the aspects which interested me about a freelance career is not viable as one needs the power of a large organization behind him, to win every time and I don't believe in coming second.

I now want to concentrate on reverting back to employer-emoloyee jobs.In Sales& Marketing, Business Development. Maybe perhaps even in Corporate Training. I have a hunch that this period will help me to pack a more solid punch, on behalf of my potential employer.
