Based in Dublin, Ireland and reporting to the Vice-President EMEA channel sales, the primary responsibility of my department was to increase the Enterprise licence renewal maintenance revenue ($60M) in EMEA by at least 20%.
I accomplished increased cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction by reaching 125 % of quota, identified best practices in regions, and implemented a software upgrade insurance entitlement workflow process in Europe to optimise revenue stream.
