Data Migration & Extraction, Technical Services and Software company started in October 2012.
Our current focus is the migration or raw extraction of data entered into Employee Health and Infection Control database systems (we handle AICE and Respond data). We are also developing two new products, first is the iSDC (incrediblySmart Data Converter) the re-imagined ETL, and the second product is a Ubiquitous, Extensible, User Definable Database Management System.

providing full case support from usability to technical troubleshooting support for healthcare worker safety software, as well as infection prevention technology. I supported over 150 customers in hospital facilities nationwide. I also managed both small & large-scale enterprise migration projects, systems conversions and performance tuning and monitoring of applications/systems. I also helped set long-range technical direction and capacity plans.

Key Results:
Led hospital's implementation of healthcare worker safety systems. Designed and conducted "pre-load" training clinics, optimized training documentation prior to go-live and designed custom modifications to accommodate special training needs.
Conducted live and web based training classes.
Documented workflows and executed comprehensive training plan when on-site training was needed.
Gathered and assessed needs from internal and external business units; created custom solutions to resolve issues (e.g., system imports, H1N1 vaccination entries, and improve individual workflow issues); and developed functional specifications for development group.

Providing business knowledge, leadership, personnel direction and thorough knowledge of all aspects of the broadcast station operations.

Held the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the station including managing various departments, scheduling on and off air staff, creating and managing on-air promotions and other advertising offers as well as ensuring that the station follows local and FCC regulations and guidelines.

Also acted as a liaison between the station owners and the other staff to make sure employees know and follow the goals of the type of station and level of professionalism of the owners intent.

Successfully, and single handed orchestrated a switch from an analog satellite feed, to a digital feed and at the same time a slight change to radio station format.
