Since 1989, I have facilitated, trained and coached leaders across a wide range of industries in the US, Europe, and Asia, including Staples, Mars, GE, Intel, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Ann Taylor, Nine West and Liz Claiborne. As a coach, I focus on asking timely, important questions and then tailor creative, practical business resources to help people achieve goals. After years of facilitating global change efforts, I adapted my Invision Strategic Change™ model for executives and individuals. When requested, we work visually, with a process I call "graphicizing." In one-on-one executive sessions, I literally "draw out" ideas and help you translate them into concrete action plans. I also find it useful to tap into my professional singing experience when helping leaders find their unique style and voice, have a more dynamic, passionate presence, and learn how to connect more fully with others.
