Very seldom do I have disagreement, as on our first contact we discuss my responsibility to them as a client or as a customer. On rare occasion personalities are not a good match, at which point we are not a good fit to work toward a goal and it best for all parties to discontinue the relationship.

My proudest professional accomplishment is the enjoyment I get out of my business, to me I work, have fun, and meet wonderful clients/customers; who become lasting friendships. I am proud of each phase of my profession, no matter the monetary value .
How do I buy a home?
First you should call a REALTOR, then get pre qualified, before you began looking at homes, so you know in the beginning what you can afford. Choose a buyers agent (normally the listing brokers co-op with the selling broker) so normally you will not pay anything for your representation. However, have it clearly spelled out in your Buyer's Broker Agreement. Tell your agent your requirement, but be prepared to realize you normally do not get them all in one home, so you need to put your priorities first.
