BOW Consulting (Pty) Ltd - expanding Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Payroll internationally.

BOW consulting (Pty) Ltd - Launching and Expanding in to geyser, ceiling and painting replacing / repairs. Also newly launched is the office upgrades construction and new developments

ATLIS Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a new company being launched for the purchase and sales of cross ocean ships both cargo and passenger.

Also under this company is a sales division specializing in the sales for and on behalf of our clients to their potential clients.

What do you like most about your profession?

I like most about my profession the opportunity to meet and assist new people, making that small difference in someones life has an enormous impact on mine.

What questions do clients most commonly ask you? How do you respond?

How quick can you get me quality people? My response is always quality is always hard to find and I hate making promises I cant keep so let me make a few phone calls and i will let you know how fast we can find someone to suit your specific needs.

What are 3 attributes you need to be successful in your industry?

Honesty, Always on time, and Fairness.

What are the most important things to consider when hiring a service provider in your field?

How will this provider add value to your organisation or hurt it!

How are you different than others in your profession?

I have always delivered on my word over the past 7 years, and I make my people my first priority.

What are your biggest professional influences (books, mentors, events)?

Sir Richard Branson, and the movie "Pursuit of Happiness

How do you typically handle disagreements with clients?

"Calmly as unfortunately in my field the client cant always be given the upper hand when wrong you have to be honest and advise them when they wrong as this will only strengthen your relationship.

Describe your proudest professional accomplishment.

I have worked with over 3000 employees over the past 7 years and i have had to only attend 2 ccma cases proving that my people are value adders. this also means I have never lost a case!
