I am a capable strategist, accomplished change agent, energetic facilitator and a skilled coach who is passionate about the development of individuals and organizations. I have held a number of senior organizational development roles focused on learning and development, talent attraction and management, employee engagement, performance and change management.
I have over 10 years experience working in the UK, France and Canada. I have a degree in European Business and French from the Nottingham Trent University in the UK and a management diploma from the Institut de Management Européen des Affaires in France. I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in the UK, and of the Association for Change Management Professionals. I am accredited in a number of psychometric and assessment tools that support individual and organizational development.

What do you like most about your profession?
I love the opportunity to help employees grow, and be passionate about what they do, and the positive results that creates for businesses. Many people start businesses because they are passionate about what they do, and then they find themselves needing to manage others, deal with conflict, build teams and handle employee issues. With the right guidance, tools and techniques, it can be easy, and I like when we have clients that say - 'wow, I didn't know we could do that'.
How are you different than others in your profession?
My clients tell me its about the extent of my relationships - my clients feel like I am part of their business and as invested in their business as they are. They tell me how much I help them think things through - I add value through the conversation as well as the solutions we provide. And that I think holistically and creatively about their business to develop solutions that work for them. Every business has a different culture and different budget, so solutions have to be pragmatic and tailored, not off the shelf.
How do you typically handle disagreements with clients?
Disagreements are a sign that you either haven't clarified expectations, or that you aren't listening to each other. We get asked to help clients manage their disagreements with other people, not with us!
