Introduction

About Me

Have you experienced a website person/company that:
A) Promised to give you a great website, when they got around to it?
B) Gave you a website that’s not half of what they promised and charged you double the price for it?
C) Gave you a good website, then threatened to shut it down if you didn’t pay them monthly maintenance?
D) Gave you a decent website, then disappeared, leaving you with no access info or ability to make changes to it?
E) All of the above.

That’s not us.

These experiences all happened to business owners (like you!), before they came to us. We at FYWN believe that you deserve to be treated the same way we would treat ourselves when creating an online presence to market your business.

We're a one-stop online services company, and we offer website repair, design, development, social media services, hosting and SEO. We DON'T offer frustration, lies, threats, extortion or the silent treatment.

You paid for your site, you own it. Call us, and we will respond.

Profile Questions

What are 3 attributes you need to be successful in your industry?

Persistence: You must be willing to keep an even keel even when things are not going well. Stick to your price point, keep building your network and don't worry about what your competition is offering. You won't attract all prospects, but you will attract the right ones. Patience: You are not going to succeed overnight. This also applies to dealing with clients: they may not always be right, and when they are not, it's up to you to guide them in the right direction with the knowledge that they came to you because they don't know everything they need to know when it comes to your industry. Help them, guide them, and most of all remember that you're on their timeline, not yours. Knowledge: This also relates to patience. In order to be the expert that your clients expect you to be, stay on top of your industry. Most industries experience change regularly, you need to be aware of what has changed in order to serve your clients as effectively as possible. This means reading, watching or listening to industry media as well as meeting others in your field who may know something you don't. And there's always someone who does.

What are the most important things to consider when hiring a service provider in your field?

No.1 - Are they legitimate - do they have a physical location where you can find them, and do they answer your phone calls or emails in a reasonable amount of time? Can you find information about them online? Do they have a website, and is there any negative information on them when you search for them? They should also be able to not only give you what you want, but tell you what you need.

How are you different than others in your profession?

We're no different than any other capable provider, but we've found that there are many incapable providers that shouldn't be taking anyone's money - that is my pet peeve. I started this business to address the bad rep this industry gets as a result of unscrupulous providers who place money first and customer satisfaction second - or last. We're reaching out to people who have had unpleasant experiences in order to show them you can get your money's worth when you work with the right people. They are our ideal clients, because it's my mission to show them that an effective website and associated online marketing can help their business in a myriad of ways.

Work/Experience

Principal at Fix Your Website NOW

March 2011 - Present
There are a lot of unscrupulous providers in the internet industry, this I learned from many business owners I met over my 4+ years of networking. I heard countless stories of dissatisfaction, leaving the recipients of such inferior services feeling frustrated, lied to, bullied, blackmailed and ignored.

The developer who won't call you back when you need changes on your site. The firm that promises you what you want, then gives you what they want. The designer who argues with you when there's an issue with your website, insisting it's something YOU did. The company that won't assign you ownership of your website - even though you already paid them - until you sign up for additional services. The part-timer who decides to pack up and move away - neglecting to let you know where your website is or how to gain access to it.

These experiences are all true, they happened to business owners like you, before they came to us. We at FYWN believe that you deserve to be treated the same way we would treat ourselves when creating an online presence to market your business.

We offer website repair, design, development, social media services, hosting and SEO. We DON"T offer frustration, lies, threats, extortion or the silent treatment.
