Helped the founder of growing beauty care company put a business plan together that was used to sell the company to a Fortune 100 corporation.

Knowledge of your subject matter. The ability to clearly communicate and educate. Adaptability to any culture.

Their background and experience as it relates to your interests and needs.
How are you different than others in your profession?
The broad base of knowledge and years of experience that I possess. My authorship of books and wide variety of articles that I have written. My many years as an educator, business seminar developer and leader, and motivational speaker. My background as a corporate executive, CEO, and interim executive.

Building the brand of an unknown foreign product into the market leader as CEO of their U.S. Subsidiary and positioning the company for sale to a Fortune 100 multinational corporation.
Why aren't more people as successful as they want to be?
Because they are not able to determine their unique skill set and true persona and as a result spend their careers working at jobs they cannot master while having perpetual conflicts with their peers, superiors, and subordinates.
