As a family man with an incredible wife and 2 sons, I know that getting the right information at the right time in order to take the right action is often the difference between success and failure.
REIBLAW is a full service law firm with an emphasis on litigation, family law, estate planning, wills, probate, personal injury, real estate, construction litigation and business law in the federal and state courts of the Eastern District and Northern Districts of Texas in March of 2005.
The firm’s practice is centered in Denton, Collin, Cooke, Dallas and Grayson Counties.

What do you like most about your profession?
Helping people succeed. We work with people in a variety of industries and interests so we are always learning about what they want to accomplish. Creating a safety net so our clients can navigate a clearer path toward success is very rewarding!
What questions do clients most commonly ask you? How do you respond?
Is it expensive to set up a will or trust? It's not expensive, especially if you create it before you need it. Plus, it's a legacy your family will always appreciate your having prepared for them. What type of business should I create...LLC, DBA, Sole Proprietorship, or a Partnership? First, I tell them the pro's and con's of each entity so they understand which one helps them support their dreams. Then, we make it happen. How do I stay out of the courtroom? Every business has legal threats they have to face. We help them be prepared by knowing 'what to do' and 'what not to do' to reduce or eliminate potential threats.
Describe a recent client engagement or project.
We recently helped a client deal with a difficult individual who has a history of suing others. We know how disappointing and distracting this experience can be, so we took care of the details, leaving our client time to get past the negative and focus on serving her clients. Nobody wants to run a lawsuit background check on a new or potential client but having a process of awareness to know when to 'fire' a difficult client protects you, your employees, and your business.

What are the most important things to consider when hiring a service provider in your field?
First, determine what you want to accomplish. Interview attorney's to know what strategies they create. Choose one who is easy for you to communicate with, is fully on your side, accessible, and who has the experience to guide you through the situation.
How are you different than others in your profession?
We created Access Plans which provide regular conversations with our clients so we can stay in touch and offer relevant advise.
What are your biggest professional influences (books, mentors, events)?
I'm a big fan of Zig Ziglar and participate in Howard Partridge's Mastermind.
How do you typically handle disagreements with clients?
We have conversations and agreements which keep disagreements at a distance.
